If Tony comes up to you with a couple other guys and try’s to kiss both cheeks and says “we need to take a ride”... pull your pants back up and run like hell...

LMAO, I'm not near as bad as John portrays me to be.

Speaking of...what days are you guys going ? Sat....I might make it in the morning but I have a baby shower to go to from 2-5 in Hoffman estates which is down the road. Maybe we can hook up for dinner on Sat. I have Russ's number, few of you guys have mine. Text me with the plans for Sat. night.

4 o'clock news bro, we start early here in Chicago. We have lots of murders to cover ya know.

Outrun us ?? Not even if your Usain Bolt....Ivan's a dead shot my man.

Ideally I would like to photograph and write a brief review of all 185+ rooms. I'm just not sure if it is going to be possible though.

You are marked safe, John. Tom will not be attending AXPONA this year.

Do the exhibitors allow us to play our own music? CDs at least. I understand why vinyl most likely not.

most of them want to control the listening environment. they wouldn't want someone to bring crappy sounding music to make their equipment sound bad.

^^ What Ivan said. At smaller shows sure, bring your on CDs and vinyl, but at a show of this caliber probably not. That being said, I'm sure if you ask the person running the room "Can you play something from <Well Known Artist Name>?" they would probably honor your request.

In other news, I've just made an amazing discovery, there is a CULVER'S under a mile from the hotel. I know where I will be eating! Love their burgers and frozen custard!
