Master Bath Remodel

It’s been a long time coming but we are finally about to do this. The house we own is older but in a fantastic neighborhood with a huge yard and therefore we knew that we would have to put money in it. We did the kitchen last year and the dining room the year before that.
Now onto the master bath. Here is what we are dealing with :

We have all hardware and fixtures ready to go. Light grey cabinets with furniture details, quartz ctops, tile floor, tile shower with frameless glass, air bubble spa tub, sconce & can light fixtures, polished chrome bath fixtures etc etc installing in the next couple weeks
I will post updates for any of you interested in the process, for now here are a couple details for planning purposes.

Good luck Joe.
This is after.
Our MB is relatively untouched since we moved in. I did, however, remove most of the floral wallpaper!

The wife is excited about the tub as this new one will have air massage ILO water jets. It’s all Greek to me! Lol
Drew it’s not bad and I’m not ungrateful for what we have it’s just the master bath we had in the old house was just updated right before we moved and we miss some of those features. Will be nice to have that back.
Dave I am quite sure if I brought that to the table it would bring out some claws
one thought* that I'll just mention (in case you haven't considered it and/or don't have it already).
Now, I'm not sure you live in a cold place (we do! 7 degrees F as I type this), but if you do... well... radiant heat under a tile floor in the bathroom is really nice. Really nice.
_____________
* I think it's the one thing we did right vis-a-vis the bathrooms in this house when we had it built.
I have no clue, sorry
But I will tell you that walking onto a warm bathroom floor on a cold morning (or in the middle of a cold night) is one of life's simple pleasures.

Here's some pics of the faucets and light fixtures replaced so far, Bev's hand made curtain, and the monster mirror that's going bye-bye. New medicine cabinets to come next week:
Eventually, vanity top will be replaced with ganite, shower/tub will get tiled, and a new thick glass enclosure for the shower. The new mirrors are really cool, I'll post some pics next weekend once I have them up.
Floor tile and pattern.

Squeegee. We've been doing it for five years now. It's not bad once you get used to it as part of the routine. Only takes a minute (literally).
Mid demo. Had to replace the sill plate and the support below all the way down to the block wall. Had to sister up three floor joists. Major rot from 30 years of a bad installation. Surprised the shower didn’t fall into the crawl space.
All repaired and strengthened.
Terrible wall paper from the original build behind the mirror.
Ready for electrical, plumbing and framing next week.
Tub deck done, shower wall with niches. Plumbing rerouted for tub (opposite side) and shower size doubled. Moved shower head over to be centered, curb built, added insulation
New boxes for sconces, new rocker dimmers, quad outlet in middle of vanity, pipes capped for cabinet install
Tomorrow tile floor and shower gets started.
