Going to give these resistors a try in the 2.3TL.

Two Path Audio .5 ohm 10W

Four 22.5 ohm Vishay 50W wire wound.

The speakers sound good, but mainly just curious.

    nnyvolgkafit.jpg

I thought those would be much more expensive than they are lets us know how they work very interested for my 2.3tl

lol. They're the same stands you're using with the Klipsch the Sixes if I'm not mistaken. The top plates fit these speakers perfectly. The height is important because I sit higher than most people when listening.

For a secondary rig I quickly put this new to me Michael Green rack together yesterday so I could listen to the Pats game. Now the gear has to come back out so the old rack can get a fresh coat of black paint.....now where might I get some black paint :D ??

The shorting pins did nothing to resolve the hissing issues in my new preamp :'( . Today I removed the Pass Labs X0.2 from the rig, pending an all expenses-paid trip back to the factory where Wayne himself will be going through everything from top to bottom, and re-installed the Pass X1.

UPS will be here tomorrow sometime to pick it up and we shall see what the wizard finds within. Hopefully the fix won't compromise the incredible detail this beast was delivering.

So today I received a spare amp for the PSW111 Sub. When I bought the TSi set, the guy threw the sub in for me gratis as he claimed it didn't work.

But when I got it home, it seemed to work fine. Got the spare anyway in case it starts to act wonky.

Played some frequency sweeps and measured results with my Radio Shack analog sound level meter. I've got some dips and peaks at the listening position. Contemplating the purchase of a Nady CM-100 Reference Measurement Electret Condenser Wired Microphone to run REW calibration software. How do I power the mic? Can I purchase an XLR to USB adapter and connect it to my computer?
