@codycatalist, I am confused about these?? Either it's the same guy from a few weeks ago that was asking $375.00 firm and now wanting a $100 more or someone else bought them for $375 or less and is trying to flip them for a $100 more. It's definitely the same pair since you can't mistake the home made metal jumpers on the speaker terminals on one side.... -

@codycatalist, I am confused about these?? Either it's the same guy from a few weeks ago that was asking $375.00 firm and now wanting a $100 more or someone else bought them for $375 or less and is trying to flip them for a $100 more. It's definitely the same pair since you can't mistake the home made metal jumpers on the speaker terminals on one side....

I believe they were called Mini Monitors, they were designed to go on the dashboard of a car, or something like that. Others here will be able to give you more details. -

They’re the original mini monitors. I have a pair of the vertical model running off a Sonos connect amp and they sound GREAT.

Your right, looks like the right one is locked in/out. I find it hard to believe that the magnet would have shifted while it was at high excursion like that, I’d guess that it is cooked.

They are normal. The surrounds are treated fabric and after more than 30 years have deformed from use causing the shape variation. I also have a pair, and in that configuration. The were ment to be placed on the rear deck of a car at the back glass behind the rear seat. -
Or the back corners of Vans?
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

I put mine in the rear window area of a 73 Nova hatchback. Smooth and sweet sounding! Open the hatchback, turn the speakers around, instant outdoor music. That stereo was famous for miles around. Yeah, I need to look up the specs on the Mon 12's. "If" they are the same PR, might be a way to come up with a couple of spares, the 3.1 PR's are SCARCE

Go get them, not anymore scarce than 15" passives for the big boys. -
I don't know how I missed these on Offerup. No affiliation.
CRS's I think they are Pin/Blade. In the pictures they look really rough. I already know he doesn't have grills or interconnect cable..... But Heck even if the cabinets are bad the drivers and cross-overs are at least worth $25.00. Will be heading over soon.
