$495 actually. $500 seems a little steep for 2A's IMO, especially with all the scratches on them. Though they are minor scratches, for $500 they should be immaculate given that they are bone stock.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

Very steep for 2As Definitely 2As, they have blade/blade interconnect, plus he's asking too much for them. +1, wait it out, hopefully you'll find a pair of nice 2B studios going for around $225.00 local pick up only. Regular 2B's(real wood) will probably run about an extra $40.00 or so more. -

That is a sweet deal if they are in good shape!

Here are some really nice Monitor 10A with Peerless tweeters in very good condition:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/291448130512?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
They will probably be re-listed soon. Great Seller. I purchased a Kenwood Integrated Amp from him today and saw the 10A's, but I do not need any speakers at this time. He also has some goodies for sale not listed on the bay. -
Sold for $0.99!!!!! LOL
Morale of the story never start an auction at any less than what you need to get and then making it local only. a no no . A lot of people don't like "reserve" be honest.
