My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

I grew up on 27 acres in the hills of south east Ohio near the Ohio River. I took for granted then the beauty of it, as our house set up on a hill over looking a gorgeous valley. Today, I live on a half acre lot in the flat lands of Central Ohio, with nothing to look at besides the neighbors. If all goes as planned though my scenery will greatly improve in five years or less. The pictures of you all's beautiful property makes it hard to wait.
