    Guys I am really displeased. I may be wrong at reading this, but Nick has first Dibs in my book.

    if they were listed in the FS on forum I would agree, but in my mind CL is no different than Ebay and the best offer usually wins. I will need to sell my 1c's however...

    I was sent a private message about these at about 8pm from a friend here in the forum and responded to it. If Nick is able to get them I will be tickled pink for him and will help him out in any way that I can. I may not have the ability to get them to my home as I doubt this guy will be up for the 400 mile round trip, and I do not have the means to go and get them...

    The problem here is too many don't understand that this is POLK FAMILY. If you can't figure that out after a short period here you deserve what you get.

    Why would you email the seller and offer more money after another Polkie states interest and gives his bottom line amount and is negotiating when you would have to sell your other speakers to even afford them in the first place?

    If Nick wants them that badly and can save a few bucks by picking them up from the guy I will carry them personally! I want no bad Karma coming my way so I sent an email telling the guy I am out. I would rather see them used for firewood than bring bad mojo to my home. As far as making the offer in the first place, surely you guys understand what a few beers can do to a guys clarity when SDA-SRS are involved. I saw those beauties and all I could think of was getting them in bed. At that price they are better than hookers and blow... Sorry Nick...

    I just went to the bank. I have $750.00 in my wallet.


    If the guy stays true to his word and gives me first dibs. I think he will. I'll be comeing home with these later this evening. I have an appointment to go see them at 5 o'clock.

    I should be posting pictures on the forum by seven at the latest if I get them.
