Speaker cables are another thing totally. Were talking power cables here for those of you that cant figure it out.

No, they're not. No one has any evidence of those making a difference either. A myth is a myth.

I have yet to see you post what cables you have DBT.

Why? So you can claim they were the wrong cables? If cables really make a difference, then they would all be different, no way around it.

That's no homeopathy. Maybe you should look it up. If your doctor actually practices homepathy, you need to find a new one.

You asked how, not how much. And cables have been measured with such devices. Guess what they found?

I know what homeopathy is thank you very much.

I asked if you knew how much the device costs.

You can measure a cable all you want but that device can't measure soundstage (height, width, depth), imaging, inner detail, air around instruments and vocals, weight of music etc. etc. Are you saying it can? If so, I would really like to get one.

Whoa I couldn't see that cause I have him on ignore. No he's not a trouble maker. "Do as I say, not as I do" is his mantra." How about that little stunt he pulled over at the Emo lounge last week. He's here to cause trouble, put down the Polk membership, disrespect more knowledgeable people and needs to be ignored.

I'll put my ears up against any of you naysayers and always come out on top.

Now looking at the system your running, and its not a bad system by any means, a very nice system really but I really don't think you will hear a very big change in your system with an upgraded $$ power cord. If really at all.

I will have to pull mine and try it in my HT rig.

P.S I am the one that said STFU and I stand behind it if you have not tried it then really Shut up.

Which cord did you end up with? I'm running one of these right now, and wouldn't mind tweaking it a bit.

My favorite so far is a 20A Shunyata Diamondback Platinum. Surprisingly, my Signal Cable 20A MagicPower is second and coincidentally, I paid about $59 for it.

Why don't you STFU until you actually have some evidence of your claims? I'm tired of hearing about your delusions.

I know what homeopathy is thank you very much.

Well it's not what you described in your response. Go ahead, read the link, don't be afraid of a little knowledge. It won't hurt you.
I asked if you knew how much the device costs.

No I don't, but there's a link right there on the page to check options and get pricing.
You can measure a cable all you want but that device can't measure soundstage (height, width, depth), imaging, inner detail, air around instruments and vocals, weight of music etc. etc. Are you saying it can? If so, I would really like to get one

Why not? If there is a change in any of those parameters, there will be a change in the electrical signal.

And I'm not going to debate if cables make a difference or not, but with the price of signal cable is, I would say pick one up, they are very very easy to resell if you find you don't like them. They go very fast usually on audiogon and here too. I personally find signal to be a great company overall and for the price for a starting point its hard to beat for me. Try them out see if you like them and if they make a difference for you. if they do great! if you don't see anything at least you tried.
Other places too like MIT is very nice, more expensive however.

Good point, if a product isn't very expensive, no harm in trying it out, right? How about these, only $27 and can cure all kinds of problems. Worth a shot, eh?
