Keep 'em coming Keiko! Your pics are well timed and are most welcome! Screw the prudes, male and female alike. Nothing you are posting here cannot be found in many mainsteam magazines available for the masses.

Kudos for posting something to google the eyes of the ladies of CP! To comment, your post of beefy males represents a first that I have seen anyone around here complain of your posted pics...............

(not that I cared to look at those guys either.... ;) )

    Not in the least!

Which is why unless there is a separate thread for this kind of stuff I don't like to see them posted all over any thread on the forum. The same goes for TJO thread featuring men.

It all comes down to respecting the differences in the variety of people on this board.

FWIW, Kieko's pics don't bother me, the way some of these threads go it's actually refreshing, I can also understand that the ladies here may not want a rack in their face while browsing a spearker thread. To make it fair for the ladies, I will now have to start posting pics of my fantastic body in various threads! Be prepared gentlemen!

I think people are over-reacting here. For every troll that comes along we get atleast 10 good new members and then the trolls don't last long. Also if you check, there are loads of threads where new members are asking questions and they get politely helped by all on a daily basis. . . i.e., new members and vets.

The only thing that is really out of control is the tag abuse.

I don't know about tag abuse, but being new, the first thing I noticed was how quick people were to help. Not just me, but as I scrolled through other threads, I was surprised to see people mentioning parts they needed, people responding within minutes and even follow up replies from each person asking if everything worked out, giving technical instruction, resource links, etc., etc.

My speakers work fine; my audio setup is as nice as I can afford... I don't NEED to be here, but it's good to see something positive on the internet... and about 90% of the time, this place is as positive and helpful of a place as anywhere I've been around on the web.

I think CP is doing a great job, and I'm sorry that I missed it in it's prime, I guess... But I'm glad that I was able to find it and enjoy it as much as I can now.

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all :D

Now there's an idea! Since it was so much better before I joined (probably without any of my bad influence), maybe I'll just do a search on all old posts, starting in 2001, and read my way forward to 2010. Hopefully, by the time I get there, everything will be all wonderful again.

As for the PIE thing, well, IMHO it does get old, and I don't find much of it all that tasteful. It doesn't bother me, but the idea of excited Polkies feeling all woody in front of their keyboards while devouring Keiko's pie, posted randomly in the middle of various threads is not my idea of tasteful either. At least the TBT, when active, kept 99% of it in one place, where the lusty lumberjacks could wander at will.

Oh, you needn't worry about me, I know where it's at if I want to find it, but yes, maybe some threads in the hall of shame could even make Seaf@rt and a few others seem almost polite and intelligent!

Obviously my comment doesn't apply to any of the long time members who have tons of posts and built a relationship with the regulars who don't frequent this forum anymore.

I do enjoy this forum because there are some good people here, and there is also a lot of interesting and good information. However since I never been a big contributor in terms of posting knowing I still have a lot of threads in the past I still haven't read, that'll keep me busy if the forum ever gets real stagnant.

I still think its pretty active, and I feel a lot of the old members aren't gone for good.

Well, you are an expert in that field ...

Now, if you were to wear shiny gold colored high heels and a bikini made of three teeny triangles tied together with string, and then get yourself photographed while bending over the hood of some automobile, wearing an unconvincingly **** "come hither" expression ... that, I might pay for!

Could you paint them with shiny gold paint? If so, go ahead and do the shoot, then post the pic, and I'll tell you what it's worth to me.
