Just an update here, My son came to town from NY last week so I took some time off last week.

So I will be a little behind here, the plates are lasered and ready for hard black anodize, They will go tomorrow to be plated.

I will order the brass tomorrow as well. I have everything else.

14 sets?... wow, maybe you should think about starting a small factory! Thanks for doing this for us. I truly appreciate the effort it takes for something like this. You sir are the reason CP is the best of the best.

Just think 6 months ago I had no idea what a SDA was. LOL.

The big THANKS goes to this fourm, Polk Audio, and the guys here that make something like this possible.

9 sets of the 1.2/1.2tl's SOLD
4 sets of the SRS original's SOLD

I have 1 set left if anybody is intrested. They are for the 1.2/1.2tl's but i can modify them to the SRS originals by drilling the extra 4 holes.

If no response by morning this set will just become an extra 1.2/1.2tl set. that I will just sit on.

For everybody else all plates will be back from Hard Black Anodizing on Tuesday, then off to silk screening.

I started the brass handles this afternoon and will finish them in the morning, for you guys that wanted aluminum handles they are done other then being black anodized.

The stainless will be here next week for those of you that wanted stainless handles. they take a little longer to machine due to the hardness of the material.

I will post pics of the brass handles tomorrow.

Well here is update #2

I have been polishing the aluminum handles to be Hard Black Anodized.

As well I have been polishing the brass handles this evening.

I will be getting the plates back tomorrow and get them ready for slik screening.

For now here is some more pics.

Christina at Image Tech called me before I left work, and told me my screening is done.

I just sent them to her this morning, Talk about FAST SERVICE!!!

So I will be able to be putting them together this weekend.

Really not all the thanks needs to be to me but to there being enough of you guys willing to trust me with your hard earned money to do them, and to get them at this cost.

So really I thank you guys for the trust, and having me do them. I love doing this **** it's what I do for a living.

Plus I have a set of speakers I never knew existed 7 months ago. "Go figure"

Just picked up the plates from the screener, the gold ink looks nice guys, did not think i would like it.
They look like brand new original plates.
