SDA SRS/1.2/1.2tl cover plates/handles.

For every one here that own's the SDA SRS original/1.2/1.2tl's

I have had a couple of people intrested in getting some plates, and handles.

So for you guys i am willing to get them made with or without the handles, some of you may just want to use the handles that you have.

The more people that are wanting these the cheaper it will be for everybody.

I am willing to do this at cost you can consider this a big favor or karma, All i need is for you guys to pay for the material and shipping.

After i know how many of you guys are intrested i can post how much it will cost per set, then you can be in or out.

Please post if you just want the plates or plates and handles. Keep in mind i can make the handles out of Brass/Aluminum/Stainless Steel. I can also make the handles just like they are on the originals as well.

    I did an estimate on 4 sets and it was about $50 for a set. btw this was for the plates and handles.

    Keep in mind guys this is a great deal, since i already paid to have the art work done for the silkscreening. my set cost me almost $150

    I only want to do this one time it's the only way i can pass the savings on to you guys.

    I will leave this up for a week or two, then PM you guys with the cost + shipping.

    Aluminum is lasered and timesaved (grained).
    Sent out to be hard black anodized.
    Sent out to be silk screened.

    Handles will be machined and grained.

    Larry, I'd like to get a set for the original SDA-SRS plate configuration. Just like yours with black aluminum plates and brass handles, but no silk screened lettering. Would just prefer them plain. One of the plates on mine turned purple a long time ago, which was quite common. I've used brass screws to hold all the drivers on mine for a few years, which actually seemed to produce a tighter sound. The brass handles would match very well.

    I'm going to say what the heck and grab a set as well. I don't have 1.2's but want to get them at some point, and when I do I'll be happy to have these. If not, they'll be collector's items one day. Just like yours - black aluminum with brass handles, with silk screening. Let me know how much I need to pay you! Thanks...

    I looked at my plates this afternoon and compared to the one in your photo above. I see what you mean about original SRS's having 4 more holes. My plates have 13 holes rather than the 9 holes shown in picture. Denny
