Yea, let me get some free time tonight and I'll get everything moving again.

Upstatemax(Frank).....you around? If I don't hear from you by Sunday I'm going to move them on to Wutadumsn(Jeff).

Chris - Do you think they you could get them prepped for one more trip or would you rather not risk it based on the packaging?

Is there anyone local to Messiah...Chicago area on the demo list? I may do the local thing while waiting on new packaging.

Leroy - Shoot him an email and set that up between you, that's perfect for right now. Thanks!

Anyone else in the Chicago or Milwaukee areas?

    Hey Mark...
I think it's a good idea to just hand them off for now until new boxes can be had. I'll get them ready for Lee.

Sucks you had to work all day Max. Don't worry, I'm sure they will be headed your way shortly. The boxes are about -6 out of 10 using the audiogon scale lol.

LOL, as much as I want to get my hands on these speakers Mark, I am in total agreeance that it would be best to keep them local until new packaging can be mustered up. I would rather get them late than in pieces, lol.

Picked them up today and got them home safe and sound. The boxes are in pretty rough shape, but thats expected after being shipped numerous times for the demo.
Will be putting the TSi500's up against my RTI a5's and A9's which I use for HT only, then onto the 2 channel rig.

Here's a picture of the speakers side by side.

    Thanks Polk for the demo.:)

Nice! Can't wait to hear some thoughts on them Lee.

Doro-I'm in the Chicago area, so if you don't have any packaging by the time Lee's done with them, I'd probably be able to pick them up. Let me know.

That's the comparison I've been waiting for Leroy...I've heard all of those except for the TSI-500s...and own M70s (which when all is said and done can't be that different from the 500s or can they?--I'll wait for Wutadumsn23 on that one!).

Look forward to the reviews. The first one was fabulous!

I guess you didn't sell the 5's then?

I will make sure to do an extensive comparison when I get them cnh, I am eagerly waiting to test them against the 70's. Looks like it may be awhile though due to them being pretty much confined to the greater Chicago area due to the packaging being busted up pretty good. Way to weasel in front of me Curt, lol j/k. Hey I know, if you don't get new boxes from Mark by then, you should just drive them up to WA. :D

Just over 100 miles west of Chicago. 43 miles south of Rockford, if you know where that is. Right on Interstate 88.

I think we are waiting for shipping materials, and the list is stalled since they are stuck at Leroy's house. I think Curt is next, he leapfrogged me because of the shipping issues. I think I am after him? Have to get with Mark (Doro)
