I would join you guys, but I've barely had time to play the MP yet. I think I'm like level 5 still. That's what I get for getting a new AVR, several Blu-rays, and two new games. Too many new toys to focus on MW2!

I did get some time in with Spec Ops last night with a friend. Man, I'm glad they added that. Some of those missions are a blast!
    Equipment list:
    Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
    Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
    Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
    DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor

What level are you at btw? Seems like leveling up isn't taking that long in this game as the others, but then again, when you play for like 6 hours straight its hard to tell lol. I'm just curious as to where some other people are at.

geezee. I heard some people complaining that the beta testers didn't get reset like they should have, but I saw there were a crap ton of people up to 30-40 the day it came out, now thats some playing. Wish I could have taken a week off of work to play, but that kinda reminds me of the whole south park with WOW if I would have done that.

There was no public beta for MW2. However, there were people who got it a few days before the official launch because of mom-and-pop shops releasing it early (and Gamestop in those regions being given permission to sell it early to counter that).

i also thought that some got a copy of the game that were pirated. even if so, they couldn't play on xbox live with them anyway. so that wouldn't have helped to get their levels up.

The biggest thing I've noticed is the number of people partying. Sometimes I play with just me and our teams get smoked by another party, even with just 4-5 people it makes a huge difference.

On another note, anyone know what the marksman challenges cap out at? Right now I'm on like xx/1000 kills with a few of my guns, it seems like they are never ending?

I can't wait to unlock the AC-130 streak!!! I still haven't gotten to use one since I don't usually use the care packages.

I just played that No Russian scene this weekend, my girlfriend said "I'm not sure I want my 16 year old playing this game honey". Totally fun, but ultimately pushed back to Dragon Age. I'm so far along in that game I can't wait to see what happens next.
