The $20 credit came in right away from Amazon. Already applied it to the Pre-Order for Assassin's Creed 2 which comes with a $10 credit, too. :D

Doh! I didn't think I could do that--Last night I oredred both MW2 and ACII but separately. They said it would be a few days before the credits showed up. Oh well-I'll just have to apply the credits on another game . I wonder if they can both be used in the same purchase-hmmm

EDIT--Wait a minute--Dragon Age just dropped to $50 - I think I'll jump on that...as soon as the credits are available to me.

You can edit/cancel your order, too. It's easy. Then you can apply the credit as you see fit.

Finally got around to playing some online tonight (after hooking up my Onkyo 1007). I haven't been able to spend much time with it yet because of all my new toys, but I found myself falling right back into the groove after not playing CoD4 for quite some time.

Can't wait to get my height channels in so I can see if those harriers, etc. sound awesome through them. :P

The dolby llz does sound good

I have polk a3 hooked up for height ch but I think the multiplayer kinda sucks because of the maps are too random and theres too many different ways through a level I think

On cod 4 there was a nice traffic flow where you could pick people off but these new maps are too big and it pisses me off

had a good time last night. played around 7 hours straight. some of ya'll played longer than that.

i'm definatetly going to need to spend some time getting acquainted with the various weapons and making them more accurate. once that's down-packed, the old Bizill will emerge.

I agree about the flow of the maps. I think more focus has been placed on the vertical axis this time, which requires a change in the way I play. When I first started, I was constantly getting killed and literally never saw an enemy for the first match (except in the killcam). After a few matches, I was getting the hang of it. So far, I really like it though.

There was one map that was damn near identical to a CoD2 map that I hated for being way too sniper-friendly, and the same problem exists here. It'll all work out though.

    Agreed.
Some of the maps remind me A TON of the maps in COD4. I do like the game a bit more however as I have a more run and gun style of playing which I think is nice for this compared to big sniping fest that goes on all the time. Sure is a lot better than COD5 if you ask me as I don't have to worry about the game ending due to a host leaving.
I just don't care for the whole not being able to have a party on team death match seeing I hate listening to 12 year olds trying to talk sh#t. oh well, now I'll just make fun of them more.

Not sure if you're on PS3 or 360, but 360 lets you quickly and permanently mute those people. But yeah, I'm not a fan of them locking out the party chat... but I understand why they're doing it. Too many team games were hosed by cheaters.
