    i'm guessing in my case it will ship from a city north of me, just 2 hours away. i assume it'll go out tonight and be here tomorrow.

    Not sure if I'll be able to pick it up as my wife is going for surgery tomorrow morning and I don't want to leave the house tonight at 12 as I'd wake her. Maybe while she's under I'll go pick it up!

    as far as i understand it, ANY bluetooth headset will work.

    yeah, I figured that. I'm assuming that not all are created equal though. I have no idea I have never used a bluetooth headset of any type period (phone or PS3).

    Yes, any bluetooth headset will work.

    The sony branded one gets higher quality voice via online games, but its expensive unless its bundled with a game you want anyway.

    Yeah, so... I was totally gonna hit the midnight launch for this, but as it turns out, there's a little annoyance called Tropical Storm Ida that's going to be right on top of us about that time. So despite the fact that the Gamestop is like 1/2 mile from my house, I'm thinking maybe I'll wait until the storm passes to go get mine.

    Of course, the worst part is that my Onkyo TX-NR1007 and Monitor 30 height channels are supposed to be delivered tomorrow. Why do I get the feeling that's not gonna happen? :P

    The manager of my Gamestop, who incidentally is buying my Onkyo TX-SR705 from me, just texted me that since I've already paid for it, I can slide on up there early and snag my copy before the storm hits. YAY!

    However, my plans for having height channels tomorrow are busted, since my receiver will be here but my speakers didn't ship. :(

    Just got in from local Wally World, easily 100 people waiting in line. Got a copy just to have in hand and play while Im here stateside. My prestige edition had also shipped from Amazon since yesterday.
