That RTi rig is a hella deal too.

I may be driving right through there late next week. I should know in a couple of days. Just depends on what route I take from points East back home to champaign. PM me if you’re seriously interested.

Any thoughts on how/if this might complement my lsim-705’s? Don’t know if I could use it with a 2channel amp,
    But passing through Toledo today.

Here's one listed as "unknown" in Toledo. Certainly interesting photos... Not sure how the leather gloves contribute to the sound...

We lived in Mattoon when I was a kid. An hour down the road from Champaign/Urbana. They had southern accents.

I'd skip it. It's an entry level model that probably isn't very musical. For HT it would be fine, at least until the amp gives out.

Who said there was anything wrong with that? Just stating the facts. I simply always found it notable that Central Illinois would have a southern accent. And when we lived there they considered themselves part of the south. ;)

Having lived most of my life in Virginia and NC, I was surprised at how southern some of the central IL accents are.

Now if they could only learn to cook barbecue. :(. It’s like a desert out here.
