For you car audio nuts - this is a rare one.
That's a rather odd looking speaker box. Not the most popular design. The ad says 4 6X9's, I can't imagine it being too powerful. -
And difficult to build for it's price point according to a friend who used to work in Polk's engineering department (he worked on the RM series in wall units, second iteration). They didn't sell well, but not because they didn't (don't) sound good, just too pricey. It digs nice and deep, even with moderate power. Been thinking about grabbing one near me...

Actually a decent price. The last one I had my ears on locally went for $1300 a couple of years ago. But it also was in a shop and not a private seller.
I have a picture somewhere on here of the guts of that amp...pretty stout design.

Those are neat, I read up on them some time ago. If I remember correctly they work in push pull configuration. Never got any ears on them, I had some old Polk MOMO subs but blew them the day I got them.
