I had neighbors like that. Went to work in the morning came home in the evening and lost about 25' of my yard. They moved all my posts and chain link fence 25' into my yard, and made theirs 25' bigger. Trust me the police will not do ANYTHING, it's not criminal it's civil so they walk away. If my father had not worked for the city and had the plat maps it would have cost me dearly to go to court to get it rectified. They hadn't thought it out very well. They had no idea there were pins that denoted where each yard ended and began. When they did it to their neighbor on the other side this time they pulled the pins and moved them with the fence. That guy spent 25,000 fighting it in court.
THEY were the WORST people on earth. Trust me on that. -
