    I am jealous @mhardy6647 ....

We are not doing bad but can’t get as many finches as we want.

Lots of sparrows, doves, a couple cardinals and some blue jays and blackbirds (my two favs)....

Humming birds are a work in progress....

Blue Jays are bullies. Nobody comes onto our bird feeder when they are on it except big dumb mourning doves or cardinals (everybird loves cardinals). The only birds that makes them scoot are woodpeckers - you want I jackhammer your head?

Blue Jays are bullies here too! >:)

I agree, woodpeckers are king on the feeder or suet. Let a Pileated woodpecker fly in and you'll see the master of the bird feeder world but I don't ever remember a Pileated visiting our feeding stations or bird baths. Damn they're HUGE woodpeckers!

We saw a Scarlet Tanager beside our driveway ONCE thanks to a friend of Nancy who had visited us that one day. He spotted it and named it and said "Rare bird for Wilm. NC". He was right. Never have seen another one before or since. It was one though. It was probably really lost though.

We've got spring peeper frogs and Tree Frogs in our yard again. It's been many years without them. That Hurricane last year might've changed our environmental eco-system somewhat. ;)
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Yep, Blue jays are bullies, mean birds. Woodpeckers are king here too, and I get many varieties of them. I use a bird food with fruit and nuts in it so that helps. It also helps that everything else likes it too, the squirrels, racoons, deer, chipmunks, flying squirrels, foxes.

Blue Jays also warn the other birds when predators are close. All of the birds seem to
    have a job to do.

At the closest feeder to house about 7:00 pm yesterday below. Feeder has spring cage that protects openings. The gray squirrels can’t get the food but the raccoons and flying squirrels can keep get the food by keeping the cage open.

For some reason cats like to sit in squares. You might want to make a few "cat traps" on the floor to keep him off your turntable. We tried this with my girlfriends cats and it works.

They love boxes too -- even it's too small.

I tried the square last night except with green frog tape. Neither cat went near it as one would expect when you want a cat to behave a certain way.

Your idea of peace is a shack that fell into a river, with a power plant in the background?
