We're trying to train some squirrels to take peanuts out of our hands. They're getting very close to doing it now.
It's funny to be going out the back door and see a squirrel sitting on the back step looking in or on the drive way looking up at you.
It's fun!

Nice. Squirrels are pretty decent animals, except when they eat the fruit off your tree.

Darn right on that one! We used to have a giant Pecan tree in our back yard. They would chew off a hundred+ green Pecans before they even had a chance to ripen. Hurricanes took out a few crops of nuts also before one of the hurricanes tipped the tree to a 45 degree angle. We let it stay that way for about 2 years then paid a tree cutting Co. to cut it all down and haul it away.
Our back yard neighbor behind us used to try and shoot the guys when they got into his 2 Pecan trees. He was a pretty good shot too.
