Saw this at the grocery today. Name caught my eye. Never saw it before. Feeling a little peckish. This was the storekeeper's name in the Monty Python cheese shop skit. Hilarious! (I'm easily amused). -

I have to say though, he really knows how to mug for the camera!
(No, I didn't say "pug for the camera." There are far too many of those already. Ugh.)Expect that there will be bumps in the road. Choose to not let them rattle you.

I might've said "bug for the camera", but I know y'all'd crash the server pointing out to me that this is a gastropod mollusc, not an arthropod.
'tis a fine looking snail -- of that there should be no doubt.

new harley electric
Hifi system onboard to deliver that sonorous Harley exhaust note?
Gotta love the simulated gas tank fairing... shades of Buick's Ventiports (portholes) of the 1950s.
That said, an electric motorcycle actually makes a fair amount of sense -- the power to weight ratio could be outrageous, if they can pack enough lithium ion cells on board to give it a reasonable range.

what it's like at my house today.

"The original LiveWire battery was estimated to have about 1/10 the energy capacity of the Tesla battery, which suggests a freeway range of less than 40 miles. Harley has almost certainly done a lot of work on the LiveWire since 2014, but even if its battery comes in much larger at 20 kWh and 210 pounds, which would make it state-of-the-art, the highway range of the LiveWire is unlikely to be much more than 100 miles, at least at 75 mph. Heaven help you if you cruise at 90 mph, as that would cut range by another 30 percent."
