Next door neighbors are on vaca, their daughter's car is parked on street. We keep an eye on the place while they are gone. Saturday, I notice the driver mirror broke off the girl's car. I stroll over there and find a folded note under the wiper blade. I texted the pic and note to the neighbors. They called the number, and it was legit. I was shocked someone actually took responsibility and left a note.

These days, in most cities, there is probably a camera recording you, so getting away with a hit-n-run is a gamble. Better off leaving accurate information. -
