It’s supposed to make the dogs eat slower. They are my daughter’s dogs and she’s very much into pet health.What are those wavy things in the green bowls meant to achieve?

This is more along the lines of a great burger to me.
A local dig (Cibi-Cibi) makes burgers like this that are SO good. They just teamed up with the 2023 Ambassador chef for SC, Rob Malone for a new adventure in culinary delights. Rob opened up a restaurant in downtown Rock Hill that holds a lot of history. His joint is called Kounter. Both, are outstanding and one wants to wait on Rob to be cooking. Rob is pictured below.
Both digs are exceedingly taste bud explosions. I can't wait to taste what they have in store for us soon. They are creating their combined menu as I type this. A new restaurant will be opening up soon that will have the new menu from both talents.
