vvvvvv There are a few of these in my area. Lustron homes, pre-fabricated with enameled metal panel exteriors.

^^^^ Here's an Omaha Lustron Home built in 1950. It's has vinyl siding installed. This Google maps photo is from 2011. It's most recent Google maps photo shows a different color vinyl siding and a lot of yard deferred maintenance.
You can see four square metal panels below the window on the left.
It still has it's original porcelain enamel steel tiled roof.
