If appears you trade half of the carport space for the third BR. The other half became the screened-in porch. Really difficult to compare the two from the ad photos. They are probably slightly different floor plans rather than just adding on the third BR. When these were built, as tract-housing, many were usually completed in one week, from what I've been told!
