Not that bad, I still know my HTML:D
May favorite tequila is sauza hornitos, it's the smoothest by far.
Because of the green label we used to call it "Green Horny toes".
Cuervo is rotgut. Most people get it because it's the only one they know of."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

I think I'm done with the 3 series. I want to move on to the 5 series. If I get a M anything, it will be a M5. My current budget doesn't include a M5 but a 545i might be in the cards next year. This car will be my fun weekend car.

My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time. -
I haven't looked up a 545i, and I'm not very familiar with the 5 series, but I would still think that the M3 would offer more performance and fun than the 545i, no?George Grand wrote: »

I hear you....I went from the 4 to the 6 and will move up to the 8 series in Audi......unless I can get the RS6, (posted above)..
I think the new M3 is a timeless design, but then again I thought the previous two flavors were as well, now they are looking a bit aged to me. I do like the older M6 with the "quad" cockpit seating.....

If the car has been maintained well the cost will be much less. Routine scheduled maintainance can be costly just because of their labor rates, but nothing compared to the cost of not maintaining the car correctly and having to start replacing parts. Unless you're just dead set on the 7 series, if I was you I would look at the 5 series. You'll get 90% of the luxury with better handling and performance, as long as you stick with the 540s(V8s). They aren't quite as big, but still have ample interior space. Typically the 6 cylinders are the most reliable and easiest to maintain, then the V8s and last the V12s. Their inline 6 designs are arguably the best in the biz. The M3 has a 333hp I6 that's incomparable, IMO. The 5 series 6 cylinders are by no means slouches either, but the V8s still have better straight line performance. The six cylinder models might handle a little better because of the reduced weight over the front tires. If you could get your hands on a 540 or 545 with the sport package, I think you'd be very pleased."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

Friend of mine blew one of his Bose speakers out in his Audi, cost him a fortune to replace because they have the amp built into the speaker or some such nonsense.
Yep, same type of system in an older (1998) Nissan Maxima I once owned (actually the ex-wife owns it now). Never blew one out, but realized early on if I did, it would be expensive.

Statistics like what Power and Consumer Reports can be very deceptive. Most people that are happy with there cars don't report it. But almost everyone that has a bad experience reports it with a passion.
This is very true I suspect this has been some of VW and Audis problem as well. The Passat was CR best buy for years, now it doesnt seem to be rated as high. My guess is more complaints and less praise from customers.
This is so true for audio as well ..we only get to hear the horror stories. Its best to keep these things in perspective.

I was referring to Gold. I've never tried the above, but have had the Comemrative, it was better than the gold but nowhere near as good as Sauza, IMO."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,
