The Driveway is new, like my house. It's not even sealed yet. They are suppost to come back soon to seal it.We are doing some landscaping this summer. Funny that pic was taken last year. Across the street is all new houses now. Our side of the street was done first.

My durango next to my old F-150. The F-150 was a 1996 with the 4.9 L I6. It had 123 000 miles on it when I gave it back to my parents.

Sorry the pictures are so large. I'll resize them at work tomorrow.

Thos pics are from when I used to live in Suburban Chicago (Aurora, IL). Gas prices here in Chicago are about $2.60/gallon for regular unleaded.

Sweet ride, for sure. You know how much power & torque it's making? Have you ever taken it to a strip?

Is all of your audio equipment in it Alpine?

I decided to build the car up a bit back in '85 with the help of Summit Racing. They were very familiar with the engine and said I was looking at at least 325hp. Torque??? I could have easily gotten more hp for the same or very little more $$ at the time but wasn't interested. I wanted an everyday ride (really streetable but with a nice cam lope at idle) that I wouldn't have to keep adjusting and tuning. I wanted to make power at highway speeds and not over the quarter mile stretch. Thus the stock rear end gears. The only thing I regret not doing back then was putting in a Doug Nash five speed transmission. (Later bought out by Richmond Gears.) She'll run around 150mph at red line in top gear but I need another gear. When you punch the peddle at red line in fourth for a moment to see what power isn't being used she snaps your neck!
