F1Nut Is simultaneously one of the biggest lurkers and **** posters on this site. Most of what I read from his 42,000+ posts since I’ve been around is one or two sentences telling someone how they’re wrong with little to (usually) no information how they might change it. I generally don’t view him as a positive contributor to the forums, and often find him engaging in adolescent arguments with those he would claim are below his intelligence and experience. Why? I don’t know. Nothing better to do I guess? After 42,000 posts boredom has set in and being the oldest troll under the bridge his last entertainment? I don’t know, but his is a familiar pattern I’ve seen repeated on multiple forums. He’s that established voice who’s been around forever, can be a pain in the ****, and every now and then is extremely helpful. Demo program anyone?
It’s my perception the site has three camps of members; those who like him, those who don’t, and those who don’t know who he his. In different words, a very polarizing online persona who puts a bad taste in newer members mouths from the start. Stating from personal experience and observation.
This is all, of course just my perception based on threads I’ve read or participated in, and yes I’ve butted heads with him before. I certainly haven’t seen everything. Other members seem to hold him in high regard and say he his helpful. Oddly enough I often find those same members quite helpful to individuals and the site as a whole. I can’t always say that about F1Nut, but people I respect on the site seem to respect him. Therefore aside of a ****, grating, ornery, cold impersonal and irritation online persona I tolerate him. Passive ignore his bait posts and focus on what you really need which I suspect is not wasting time on someone who’s not getting you what you need. Unless you need to eat some troll bait, go for it.
I don’t believe you need to like someone to appreciate what they do. Thanks for the L200 demo program and other things you’ve done for the forums. Your online personality blows some large four legged mammalian genitals but I’m sure like most of us you’re quite different in person. Final words of the rant, like your mother said if you can’t say something nice, don’t say it; If you can’t post something positive or helpful, don’t. Remember, telling someone they’re wrong without explaining why does them absolutely no good. May I suggest a simple ‘bump’ instead of a snarky comment? After all, this isn’t Facebook.

Jesse and I talk daily via PM. I actually remember you and I having decent laughs and conversations via PM's. You always toss out that you have such and such number of people who reach out to you. I'm sorry but sometimes it is hard to believe. Why are they hiding in the shade? Are the in witness protection or something? At times you're a walking talking contradiction.
