Looking forward to L800 but have concerns, what are your thoughts?

Secondary note - I firmly believe the bass performance the Grandes bring to the table is because the speakers essentially put a subwoofer in 4 corners of the room (upper right/left and lower right/left). What the Grandes can do bass wise over a broad range is nothing short of astounding. Sometimes with bass you just have to introduce more drivers in different locations to level things out. I still have a null here and there but otherwise their bass is very even across most of the frequencies.
I also am a firm believer that you need to be like +10db at 20hz and -6db at 20khz in room response. Flat response is for the birds! :-P

There's something wrong with my L800 waterfall, I think it's my DAC. It's OK for music but not realtime like using it as speaker for video, there"s audio lag. I used my laptop with USB connection to the DAC for REW.
This is the LSiM 707s, L+R no subs.
LSiM 707 indvidual L and R with sub, and 706c no sub.

Have you tried running your stuff with the sda disconnected and then plugging it back in afterwards- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

For measurements, yes always so the SDA doesn’t do something weird. Maybe just run one competent amplifier to them instead of trying to biamp them. Simplify. Less is more.

I was just about to ask the same. I noticed in your signature @mpitogo that you have MA5200 and MC452 via a Sublimeacoustic K231 cross over. Why not just try the C70 and MC452?2 Channel Rosso Fiorentino Volterra II, 2 REL Carbon Limited, Norma Revo IPA-140B, Lumin U2 Mini, VPI Prime w/SoundSmith Zephyr MIMC, Modwright PH 150, Denon DP-59l w/Denon DL-301MKII, WAY Silver 3 Ana+ Speaker Cables, WAY Silver 4+ Interconnect Cables, AudioQuest Niagara 7000 w/Dragon and Hurricane Power Cables

I've tried it, it's a bit too warm for my liking. The MC452 is a balanced differential on the output so it's missing half of the output needed for SDA.Maybe just run one competent amplifier to them instead of trying to biamp them. Simplify. Less is more.
I've been contemplating Parasound JC5. I think it's single ended output. What do you recommend?

A21+ maybe.

Actually, I think I'm all set now. I took @VR3 's advise and integrated a sub. While the response is not ruler flat, I think it's much more balanced now. It did lose that punch down low (since it was boosted) the benefit is its not as boomy and has a bit of low end extension.
