    Then pull them out when playing and put them back when done. Or watch a movie together and let her HEAR the difference in sound when back that far vs pulled up even with the entertainment center.

    At least to the edge of the stand and in line with the center channel is normal speaker setup 101. Go back a generation or two and nice speakers tended to be much wider and deeper wooden boxes. We are spoiled in this age with nice looking moderately sized speakers.

    Yeah I’m just worried all the network/modem/mass of wires for entertainment would look like doo doo in an open rack.

    Side note that the AQ power change I just made seemed to center the bass more and seamless than before.
