Sounds like plenty of people interested, just need a Buyer!

Initially I said I would split the PayPal fees, I'll absorb all of it which is good for about $25 less and makes things simpler. :)

    On US Audio Mart now.

Although I'd love to see a Polkie get this...especially for their A9's. ;)

So who needs a little nudge to give this a new home?

How about a price nudge to $1350? :)

Man! That would pair great with those fully modded SRSs.

    Thanks Boston!

I'd dare say it's great with anything, a touch on the warm side to tame an RTi, lots of detail to satisfy an LSi, lots of rich deep bass to fill out your music and enough power and current to drive nearly everything.

One day I'll have speakers worthy of its greatness. :D

I'm hoping someone will buy this before my amp is completely burned in, it would save me a day of A/B switching with the new amp. :D

Or one amp per A9. High's and lows for each speaker on a single amp

    Exactly, headroom galore!

I'll use the 'old' 3500 for the woofer sections and the 'new' upgraded 3500 for the mid/high. Could be interesting, could be a futile exercise, but it'll be a fun experiement in-between while I'm A/B Switching with the Big Sky unit.

I'd do one amp per speaker. Differences should be more readily apparent.

Plus the low range will be pulling lots more from one amp than the Mids from the other amp.

Good idea, would be faster than completely swapping amps to hear some differences.
Plus the low range will be pulling lots more from one amp than the Mids from the other amp.

Which is exactly why I will dedicate one unit to the lows. The 3500 is a dual-mono design, two mono amps in one chassis, so effectively each section of the speaker will have it's own 350w amp, and I'll run better amp(s) to the mid/high were it makes a larger difference in sound quality.

    Free advice:

Don't use a beat up untested unit on EBay to compare prices to. :D

And in case anybody missed it, current price is $1300 plus actual shipping.

And I still haven't found time to try quad amped A9's...

Why not? Because it's against the rules. The OP can sell to anyone he wants and if he chooses to sell to someone without enough posts it should be done via PM or offline. Otherwise it looks like we are condoning it. JMHO, stepping down from soapbox...

The guy interested can et his post count up or the seller can list somewhere else easily enough. Not sure why the rule is still in place if they aren't going to block it???

The rule cannot be enforced now. Vanilla can't do it. Therefore, its a crapshoot of what it once was. What always pissed me off was when I wanted an item and some 2 poster comes in and buys it at a hell of a price. That simply isn't the case here, so I don't care. The FM is dead as it is anyways.

I just want to see him sell this amp. He deserves to move it at this point.

WE can enforce the rules even though vanilla isn't able to. An OP can sell to whoever the eff they want to. Just needs to be offline...
