You are an id*ot, why would you insure $4K worth of merchandise for $500? You can't possibly be that stupid. If you are, then I have to say you deserve everything you get. With all your selling/buying mishaps you certainly have to be the most clueless individual I have ever read on-line.

I bought a pair of LSi7's off Ebay years ago. They showed delivered, but I never received them. My money was refunded to me by UPS. If it shows delivered then you should get what you insured for from UPS. Which means you will owe the guy $3K since you were stupid enough not to insure for the selling price. Had you insured for the selling price, you'd be out nothing. Call whom ever you want go on Judge Judy, it won't change the fact you are on the hook because you under insured the items.

Actually I'd love to see Judge Judy tear into you on national TV.

Ya know....when I f*** up.....I learn from that and try my best not to f*** up again. PFB, why do you not learn from your f*** up's? I mean come on now. Do you really expect us to believe you sold $4k of stuff and only insured it for $500? Are you really this stupid or do you just make these posts to draw attention to yourself?

    "Can I do that?"

Why not something was supposedly stolen, right?
If the buyer is trying to scam you he may have other activities going on and would not like the cops poking around.
Drop him a line telling him you will need his cooperation when the police come out to take a statement.
The items might just turn up.

If anyone thinks I am lying then pm me and I will send you the tracking number.

I think we're past thinking you're lying. We're at the stage where we think you're a blithering idiot.

Perhaps I drove up in my Porsche Boxster that I bought sight unseen off ebay, pushed over my tv with it and in the process stole your $4k worth of audio off their doorstep. I know I missed a few things, but damn boy you've got so many idiotic things under your belt.

Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I F$CKING LOVE YOU GWH!!!!!!

Ok now here is the latest update guys your gona just love this, I called him 4 times today but after GWH's post I decided to leave a message. I said I was calling to ask for an update and if any of his neighbors might have got it. I said I will be contacting his local police department to launch an investigation into the missing package and it where abouts as a neighbor may have saw some one picking the package up. I asked if he had home owners insurance because I would be out 4k for the dac and the money I paid for it and its a crime nearing $10000.

Well his nephew just mysteriously picked it up and has been driving around with it in his car the past couple of days but .... he's not the brightest kid in the world he said. He also said that he knew he had it yesterday but he just wanted to torture me for calling him a liar.

What a relief you guys!!!! mannnnnnnnnnnnn I am like sooooooo happy you cannot believe how relieved I feel right now. End of the story, I have my money and got a great deal on cheaply insuring the package so I saved a few bucks you guys and yes it was worth it lol

Sounds like the dudes nephew was not the only one that's not the brightest one in the world, sounds like all parties involved in the transaction has something in common. Case closed and without the help of Judge Judy. It sounds like you were trying to save a couple of bucks under insuring, and probably learned nothing from the experience. Perhaps on your next transaction don't insure it at all and let us know the outcome. :)
