Hmmm, the real intent for the troll [I think it's fairly obvious by now, regardless of the hilarity]?

I sometimes am at a loss when dealing with contentious threads. If they are closed too soon I'm afraid of stifling genuine back-and-forth conversation. If they stay around too long people tend to escalate their level of hostility.
There's no easy answer.

Shutting them down consistently will lead to genuine back and forth down the road. Gotta keep the house in order. -

Umm, no I'm not. Usually people on your level, general lack of any kind of experience. Unwilling to try out new things for yourself. Pot, meet the Kettle Black. Look man, I gave you as simple a test as you could try. You said that you would try it. You lied and changed your mind. You said that you were done with this thread.....multiple times. You lied and changed your mind. You asked questions, they were answered. Both scientifically and otherwise with some good, solid advice. Yet, you remain spewing things that nobody here has observed themselves just based off of real experiences. You are a troll, nothing more, nothing less.
I actually genuinely tried to let you learn on your own, without influence and be enlightened. You accepted and without trying, you resorted back to your normal mantra. On an audio board, by any definition, that is a troll. Have a good life.

I think a talk with your mommy is more to the point. Does she know you're up this late on the computer talking with strangers and making a fool out of yourself? I'm sure she'd be very proud.
Let me get serious here for a second. The fact that you just said I have nothing to contribute is testament enough to your level of ignorance.Political Correctness'.........defined

At this point you really are doing nothing more than trolling. You have nothing to contribute to this thread. You really remind of a few past, now banned, members. You have a no-it-all mentality. You shoot down others experience. You will not try things out for yourself to form your own opinion through experience.
What is left for you to do? Just troll this thread and argue with people is all. And your continuing posting in this thread to get 100 posts. I said a few posts back but....again...do you really think anyone here will buy or sell to you? Are you really that ignorant?--Gary--

Well he has already bought all the stupidity available. In fact, he has cornered the world market, and is now a monopoly of stupidity. Other than the stupid people, nobody will buy his nonsense.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable

So what does Passlabs and Burmester have to say then, are you going to tell me they recommending to their customers to buy an aftermarket PC to power their $$$$ Amp?
The following quote is from the PassLabs website on power supplies. Notice how Nelson Pass in no way says aftermarket cords are not necessary or discusses the stock cord. He even goes on to explain his design preference in an after market cord.
Wire
Audiophiles love wire. Perhaps the appeal lies in the accessibility to understanding. Perhaps not. In any case, I like my wire thick and short, and made out of pure soft metals such as copper or silver. I like it terminated tightly and soldered where possible.

I can personally testify if you ask the high end manufacturers what aftermarket cords they and or customers have found success with they will tell you. Go to the Montreal show in March and see/hear for yourself.Review Site_ (((AudioPursuit)))
