Those are similar in one-piece design to what the company Starsound used to machine and sell as Audio Points. It seems there aren't as many high quality spike options out there anymore like there were 10 to 20 years ago. Because of the material and time to machine them the Audio Points spikes were costly. Starsound is still in operation but now named Libe-Vibe Audio:
