Re: What are you cooking?
Balsamic chicken with lots of fresh garlic. Garnished with sliced green olive and avocado. Salad was mixed greens, fresh green onions, hardboiled eggs, tomato, diced sharp cheddar, crumbled gorgonzola. Ayesha had white wine, ice cold Lone Star beer for me

Come on to Waco brother! I'm always grilling something and the deck/pool is a great place to chill and listen to tunes...
WACO??? You are just a hop skip and a jump from me. I will definitely take you up on your offer in the not-too-distant future. I could use some R&R like that

I like to tell people that our property has the nicest view we could afford.
Last evening, as the sun was (rapidly) setting and the autumn colors are getting close to peak, I slogged up the hill to photograph some of the views we can't afford.

... and then back down the hill.

Re: Hurricane Milton
I guess that would depend on the decade one looks up things. Remember in the 70's that "experts" and scientists said an ice age was coming...

Re: Weather at Your House?
Weather here has been freaking spectacular since Friday. We had some frost this morning, though -- 34 degrees when I got up this morning.
Of course, next weekend's the big leaf peeper weekend up here, but this weekend was pretty darned good in the Upper Valley.

Saturday evening.
