Re: McIntosh is out at Best Buy/Magnolia…
I really liked the Barnes and noble we had here in laramie.
That’s where I’d get my blu-ray movies, 3D blu-ray and the blu-ray audio & concert discs.
No more, if I want to purchase blu-ray it has to be done via internet.
Laramie has like low 30k something population and, 12k of that are students at the University of Wyoming.
Internet is my necessary friend.

Re: Post a picture.....any picture...part deux...
What a lot of the more expensive vehicle folks do is PPF the whole car.
That’s the film they put on the front end of the car to protect from bugs, rocks and the other things that f-up your paint, it’s that clear stuff they used to call a clear bra.

Re: McIntosh is out at Best Buy/Magnolia…
I went in to BB a couple months ago looking for some 4k movies. Guess what? They don’t carry ANY movies. NONE. When I asked, I was informed that “everyone streams now”. I get it, and I stream too - BUT - 4k streaming is not even close to the performance of physical media. (And no, it’s not a limitation on my end - we have gigabit fiber internet)

Agreed… hard not to come away from that without some pessimism about the future of some well respected audio brands.

Re: Gas Prices
Has anyone else noticed and wondered why we are necroposting on a thread that is more than 20 years old?
Because certain members just LOVE to make things political, and the other gas threads have all been shut down. So, instead of starting another one, I found this one and we can continue on with this discussion instead.
You say this (necroposting) like it's a bad thing. We are still on topic.....albeit 20 years later. No biggie.
