^^^ could be that. It's straightforward to calculate P and I per payment for the life of a loan with a spreadsheet. I am sure there are myriad apps that'll do it as well.
Not to drift too far off topic, but putting even a little bit extra per month towards principle can save scads of $$$ over the life of a mortgage.

As you go further into paying your loan the more you're paying to the principle and less to the interest.

Yup. A rather nice one, too (well... to me, at any rate). Branded "Tiffany" but according to my Clock Guy, made by Waltham (if memory serves). I am sitting about 15 feet from it as I type this.A family piece from Mrs. H's family. My family was more like Monkey Wards-grade stuff.

When I'm at my cabin, it's all I have for coffee there (cabin is "off-grid").
I liked it so much that I got another one for the house.
A goose neck kettle is also nice to have when using a pour over.
