Re: Noise.
Something I’ve always wondered … how do things like tube hiss or record (vinyl) surface noise factor into this?
You can’t eliminate those things if you listen to that kind of gear and they don’t take away from the enjoyment of listening (and may even have qualities that enhance it?), but yet, I have to credit the SnubWay for revealing more music and nuances in the grooves (and ones and zeros for my digital sources, too), than I’ve ever heard before.

Re: Housing market's gonna crash
Last I looked there was less than 60 house's in my area for sale. None below 100k, most in the 300k-500k area.

Re: Post a picture.....any picture...part deux...
One that gets me is when someone says, for example, I borrowed them money. Nothing says uneducated quite like it.

Re: What Are You Listening To? (Part Deux)
Maybe not the same versions, but I did this comparison about 5 years ago and I ended up preferring the ones that were mastered by Barry Diament in late 80s. I also liked the the 24 bit downloads from the 2014 Davis remaster because they have greater dynamic range. So I ended up keeping the 24 bit versions on my server for streaming playback, and I have about 4 of the late 80s CDs (with the Red Ring). I did not like the 2004/5 remasters that I got through BMG. They were very percussion forward if I recall. I haven't listened to anything since the 2014 versions.
I agree, anything Jimmy Page is a part of the remastering process is too bright for my taste. I've not moved on from the original released CD's, to my ears they are the best.

Re: Can I fix a mark Levinson 33 Monoblock thread
Canned air will also remove warts. Turn upside down and spray into a Q-tip, Press Q-tip on wart, it will freeze it off.

Re: Anyone ever tear a bicep muscle at the elbow area?
The repair for my bicep was to cut the remaining tendon threads and drill a hole in my humerous, pull the bicep tendon through the hole and screw it to the backside of the humerous. The bone will heal shut and is actually (supposedly) stronger than the attachment you're born with. The entire fix was to my rear Deltoid, Rotator cuff and and upper bicep and yes @Jstas is correct it is a very painful recovery. The therapist shaking and stretching my shoulder area had me in tears. The best part was the ice vest they put on after all the torture.
