    Fly cutting the long thin covers caused to much heat and started to warp. Decided to put on large upright belt sander 120 grit and cleaned them up. Will finalize at 320 grit hand belt sander to contrast with the flycut faceplate...

    Went with .218 drill thru and touch deeper countersink to give more case adjustment of stainless flat heads and add bling before final sand...

    Another great suggestion from the guys over on Phoenix. The 12v one I had is actually bigger, yet gives more clearance in the case near the control board. Just had to drill faceplate 7/8" thru and decided not to countersink it and expose it's bezel....

    Installed inserted studs with antisieze and gasket layers, then bolted down tight to straighten the bowed laminated steel. Works as intended. Looks like new. Took back apart to trim middle gasket and add RTV around that stud/gasket for insurance. Will do same for top studs near case and add extra shrink wrap as well. 100% electrically isolated....

    I'll add a rubber protector for the extended billet footing as well as some alcohol cleanup...

    Had to get a 10-32 x3/4" for the rectifier and tap the trans cover 10-32 for a 2" 10-32 flat stainless.

    Had to cut and re-thread a couple the 10-24's down to 3/8" near the AC socket and the backplanes for clearance..

    Test fit the WOA LED boards to the faceplate. I'll need to get 3/4" 8-32 button stainless. Just had 1" from all the Polk builds.
    The LED meters on the boards stand 0.310" proud of the PCB, so went with 0.390" tall Nylon spacers to leave a gap for thick film if I decide to tone down the bling later.

    You can take those plate dimensions I posted to the bank if you decide to build one yourself...
