I remember playing that with my sisters. Do they even still sell those?

Probably banned due to choking hazards galore. :#

I think I'll look for any stats on this toy. :o

I didn't see anything negative about the game; in fact, just the opposite. The creator started in his basement and then moved to a building in Tennessee with 125 employees. He then sold it. He had a few successful games/toys also.

He passed up buying the rights to Scrabble. He ALWAYS regretted that!

The Cootie game is marketed by Milton Bradley, which is owned by Hasbro.

I recall this when i was a kid. My niece got me this years ago as a joke. Took it on vacation last week and the kids loved it. Kinda drove me nuts though.

I had it as a kid. I think I might still have the buzzer from it.

As a kid, I learned to steady my hand/nerves playing that game. ;)

The older versions were much harder. The tolerances were much tighter back in the day.

Tom, the newer game has a setting for sensitivity. The kids started out on the easiest and took it from there. Also has a mute setting which after a few hours saved my partial sanity.

After getting your hair cut, there's more and more white hair lying on the floor at the end of each one.

That's if you're lucky enough to have a full head or any hair. I'd take a full head of grey over having to buzz my head because I'm losing it

Let's add the little cubbies you had to look through in the library which were full of cards telling you where to go look.

Before the internet, Google, and Chat GPT, you had to know how to use the card catalog if you were doing a research paper in school.

Funny how they cannot form an extended thought past 7 sentences
    🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

There were plenty of those back in our day, but they didn't have social media to put the spotlight on how dumb they were.
There are also plenty of super smart young'ns out there still too.
