Good plan.

I put up my Christmas tree the last week of June.
My girlfriend told me that was too soon and you should always wait until after the 4th of July. -
Nothing Christmas until the Saturday after Thanksgiving. My hard fast rule.See profile for rigs. Nothing else here.

Is your fireplace where you guys typically put your amps?

If that amp runs hot, might be the best place for it! -

If the wife would let me, that’s where it’d be. The hearth is the perfect place for my gear. -

Probably not. Those terrace houses are ultra-common in England and people may not own an entire building, so they remodel their portion to suit their own taste. -
I’m thinkin’ AI would’ve done away with the lattice on the windows, which is totally out of place.

Like Viking stated, but they are called semi-detached.
I looked up my old semi-detached online recently and didn't recognize it, beyond butt ugly. The other side was still original though. I don't see how it's good for the property values.Political Correctness'.........defined

Doing it Wrong is "called out"!
This man must have some big ones and TREMENDOUS COURAGE.
Retired Maj. Gen. Mark Brown was commissioned through the ROTC program at Tuskegee University in Alabama, and entered active duty in 1986. (U.S. Air Force). Retired U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Dr. Mark Brown, president and CEO of Tuskegee University in Alabama, is bringing forward a "professional educational environment" to one of the nation's most prestigious Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).)
Students will be required to bring a business suit and shoes to campus for business-like meetings and cannot dress unprofessionally in the classrooms or cafeterias. Head coverings will also be barred, with exceptions for those that serve religious or medical purposes.
"The university has developed a new policy for student attire on campus, classroom attendance, and cell phone use in classrooms," Brown wrote in a message to students. "Tuskegee students now have a dress code for public and professional places."
"The Student Handbook requires students to arrive on campus with a business suit and proper shoes for a business meeting," the message said. "Students are prohibited from wearing revealing clothing in class, to the cafeteria or in official settings like Convocation. They are also not able to wear bedroom shoes, bonnets, or du-rags to class or the cafeteria."
"The goal here is not meant to restrict you from enjoying the Tuskegee Experience, but to prepare you with a solid foundation for the workforce you will enter once you leave Tuskegee," Brown, who took over as Tuskegee University president two years ago, wrote. "Employers are less forgiving and too often presentation may overrule stellar preparation.
