They made them things for quite a while. My high-speed, two-track machine was reanimated from several organ donors that differed considerably cosmetically.

Well it was a serious question. From what I can barely make out they look similar to some my uncle had from an old Organ. Some I hear bring good money.

No they are not organ amps. The guy's a DIYer - on steroids. or maybe acid. or both.
I guess he's very active & well known on DIYAudio, but he just popped up on hifihaven.
