Traeger Grills

I've got an offset barrel smoker that I'm pretty good at. I've also smoked ribs and pork shoulder on a propane grill, it can definitely be done with a cast iron smoke box and only using one burner. It's all about your dedication.
I have thought about a pit boss pellet smoker as well. Just something to play around with. -
If I hadn't bought a Kamado years ago, I might consider something like a Traeger, but there really hasn't been anything the egg shaped grill/smoker couldn't handle. I've done brisket, ribs, countless butts and loins, poppers, dragon eggs, shotgun shells, meatloaf, turkeys, fish, steaks, shrimp, burgers, etc. Everything comes out nice.

Yep same here. And lots of pizzas at 800-900. It can take a little longer to get going, but everything tastes so good and it holds temps very stable so what's not to love?Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
