Traeger Grills

I think Pellets grills make grilling for us who don't have Texas Grilling experience . I can grill pretty damn good but the Pellet grill so far is making my life a bit easier, when grilling.

Without a pellet grill, I dont bbq. I don't have the time or patience to spend mastering bbq. Kudos to those that do. For me, set it and forget it means filling the hopper before a smoke, turn it on, wrap at the prescribed temp and take the meat out at the prescribed temp. I dont forget it when it is time to eat.🙂____________________________________________________________

I've got an offset barrel smoker that I'm pretty good at. I've also smoked ribs and pork shoulder on a propane grill, it can definitely be done with a cast iron smoke box and only using one burner. It's all about your dedication.
I have thought about a pit boss pellet smoker as well. Just something to play around with. -
If I hadn't bought a Kamado years ago, I might consider something like a Traeger, but there really hasn't been anything the egg shaped grill/smoker couldn't handle. I've done brisket, ribs, countless butts and loins, poppers, dragon eggs, shotgun shells, meatloaf, turkeys, fish, steaks, shrimp, burgers, etc. Everything comes out nice. For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

Yep same here. And lots of pizzas at 800-900. It can take a little longer to get going, but everything tastes so good and it holds temps very stable so what's not to love?Living Room 2.2: Usher BE-718 "tiny dancers"; Dual DIY Dayton audio RSS210HF-4 Subs with Dayton SPA-250 amps; Arcam SA30; Musical Fidelity A308; Sony UBP-x1000es
