If I hadn't bought a Kamado years ago, I might consider something like a Traeger, but there really hasn't been anything the egg shaped grill/smoker couldn't handle. I've done brisket, ribs, countless butts and loins, poppers, dragon eggs, shotgun shells, meatloaf, turkeys, fish, steaks, shrimp, burgers, etc. Everything comes out nice.

Yep same here. And lots of pizzas at 800-900. It can take a little longer to get going, but everything tastes so good and it holds temps very stable so what's not to love?
