Thx! It's a worthwhile build for sure. It punches way past its price point. The tubes were upgraded.
It was supplied with three spring loaded shields with shield socket bases and a plain wood base. Aaron @ALL212 said hey, these IERC shields would look better on there and how about some crotch walnut from my dad's tree farm.
The walnut grain changes appearance with different angles of day light. The top panel is painted with Rustoleum Black paint. Once it's fully dry one can car wax on wax off.

The music player is controllable by the tablet computer at the listening seat or by cell phone app. Music at my fingertips! Each trinity component rests on a PS Audio PowerBase Sorbothane isolation/noise gate platform. Black Diamond Racing isolation cones and pucks are under each components' feet. A 22 pound granite slab rests on top of each component to couple it to the PowerBase.
Figure 2. Oh, that NAS. The only discs I spin are the platters in the NAS's 6TB Western Digital Red Pro hard drive. My music collection comprises a little over 3TB. There are high capacity multi-terabyte solid state drives available, but I have some concern about the noise performance of multi-terabyte SSDs. The larger the SSD's capacity, the smaller the SSD's memory cells. The smaller the SSD's memory cells, the more each cell is affected by the electrical noise of adjacent cells. The quality of an SSD's controller circuitry sonically matters too. In the future, when I am more dedicated to audio than I am now, I will evaluate a 4TB and an 8TB SSD in the NAS. All my CDs, SACDs, and vinyl records were painstakingly converted to DSD64 digital files.

I was quite surprised by the sound quality improvement after replacing the TeraDak DC-150VA's stock DC power cable. I also evaluated a variety of DC cables for the Farad Super3 linear power supply, before settling on Farad's upgrade Level 2 DC cable.
