Hi guys

So I bought this unit today.. Worked for three hours and the sub stopped working.. Have to revert back to Bose unfortunately.

    Thanks Kenneth.. Just was not a good experience today. I am from South Africa and the Polk call Centre in the US only works from Monday to Friday.

    How do you sync the Magnifi Mini sub-woofer to the sound bar?

    I don't have the mini, but I believe the Magnify X states...with the sub plugged in but turned off, press the sync button on the soundbar until it starts blinking, then without releasing the sync button, turn on the sub without releasing the sync button and hold the sync button for another 6 seconds then release.

    Did you get any help? I'm from south africa too and I had a same problem with my polk subwoofer that doesn't connect to my soundbar

    Someone found a solution for the "No Sinc" between the Sub Woofer and the Bar Sound? I can't believe nobody from Polk give us a good response.
