    Hello,
I'll ask a friend at Polk to send you an email, unfortunately it won't be until Monday.

Thanks Kenneth.. Just was not a good experience today. I am from South Africa and the Polk call Centre in the US only works from Monday to Friday.

No problem, I'm sorry you're having a problem, but hang in there Polk will respond and help.

Thank you, is this a common issue with this set? Can't seem to get the sub working at all.
  • How do you sync the Magnifi Mini sub-woofer to the sound bar?

I don't have the mini, but I believe the Magnify X states...with the sub plugged in but turned off, press the sync button on the soundbar until it starts blinking, then without releasing the sync button, turn on the sub without releasing the sync button and hold the sync button for another 6 seconds then release.
