Last time we were there I jumped a appox 80ft cliff. It hurt. Split my eyebrow open. Ill see if I can find the video.Post edited by CH46E on -
The tripmeter reading for the season...
...kind of makes me feel like this, because a part of me feels like I need to ride a bit more to hit the 8k mark
This would drive me crazy -

You hit 8k then come home after topping off the tank and you’re at 8,001. HmmmOh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant -

Oh, I have, and will keep doing so. He was devastated in the spring when covid cancelled the track season. But with the guidance of his awesome coaches, he kept training on his own. 5 days a week the rest of spring and all summer. He is dedicated! -

I don't remember that one.
In other twilight news -- hey, lookee! We gots a new background!

No it was about a woman who lived alone and had a flying saucer land on her roof, she then battled them and in the end she ended up being a giant on another planet, and the tiny invaders were actually US Air Force astronauts.

Beautiful concrete work.
Not certain how well and long it would survive in cold, wet climates. Might not be cost effective with a shorter life.
EDIT: In Nebraska I see concrete driveways that have had the pebble top-coating applied. I won't mention the popular brand name. I've never seen one last more than 4-5 years without chunks breaking out. This is with bad winters; lots of freezing temps., snow/ice during that period. Maybe a few years longer if there's a couple of mild winters.Post edited by aprazer402 on -
I installed a couple barn doors yesterday. My wife and I left them off the initial build because the home builder wanted stupid money to install. They are a little labor intensive. They close off the Walk-in closet and office off of the master.
