The story is simple, the music score is really befitting. The delivery is cool.

I noticed an old insult thrown to "Mando", from another bounty hunter. "Echuta" or something like that was said to C-3PO in The Empire Strikes Back.

I'm really enjoying this series. I'm hoping the Obi One series will follow and many more. This is so awesome.

It’s there but so far they have kept it subtle... anything KK touches is usually loaded with it at some point.

That's what I meant to say John. With Disney and the franchise killer KK, I've come to accept a certain level of wokeness as part and parcel. It's the obnoxious in your face crap I can't tolerate.

For those that don’t know... KK is Kathleen Kennedy. She was Steven Spielberg’s right hand when Amblin Entertainment was launched, and worked for him for the better part of two decades. She has always been way out there, but since she was handed creative control, she tends to go off the rails.

Loved the last episode! "Gus" is a great villain for the Empire. Watched "The Last Jedi" again, and any social commentary that stood out to me was a jab against the military-industrial complex and animal abuse. Certainly not a new frontier.

Great series so far, and I have learned a couple spoilers for what is to come.... I will not reveal them unless asked.

The entire Star Wars saga is deep with SJW stuff going back to the first draft of “A New Hope”... Lucas himself has said as much. The film was an allegory for the Vietnam War, as told from the perspective of the VC, which he and those he came up with tended to sympathize with. The Empire was the United States in his mind, and the rebellion was the VC....
